Yes! You can reschedule or cancel through our booking system up to 24 hours in advance.
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 35% fee charged to the card on file.

No-shows will incur the 35% charge. Please let us know if you're running late!
We allow a grace period, but late arrivals may shorten your treatment time to respect the next guest. Full service payment still applies.
